Stream Settings

Open OBS Studio and go to Settings → Stream
Click the gear icon in the bottom right to open settings

Select "Custom" as the service
Server: rtmp://stream.app-live.org/live
Stream Key: Your stream key from dashboard

Configure Output Settings
Settings → Output → Streaming
Encoder: x264 / NVIDIA NVENC (if available)
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 4000-6000 Kbps for 1080p
Keyframe Interval: 2

Video Settings

1920x1080 recommended

1920x1080 or 1280x720

60 or 30 FPS

NV12, 709, Partial

Audio Settings

48kHz recommended

Stereo

Enable noise suppression

Adjust levels below 0dB

High CPU Usage: Try using hardware encoding (NVENC/AMF) or a faster x264 preset

Stream Buffering: Lower your bitrate or check your internet upload speed

Poor Audio Quality: Check audio levels and ensure proper mic configuration
